Overview

Eggplants are delicious when they are put in more oil, so this dish does not meet my diet of less oil and less salt. It is okay to eat it once in a while

  1. Soak the eggplant in salt water for five minutes, pick it up and drain the water! If you don’t have time to drain the water, let the pot dry without adding oil. Put the eggplant in and stir-fry until the water is dry

  2. Chop the meat and stir-fry it. I usually use plum meat, which is more delicious than pure lean meat

  3. Stir-fry the meat until slightly brown, add minced ginger, garlic, add eggplant and stir-fry, and finally add onions and green onions!

  4. First put a layer of fried eggplant in the casserole, then put the shrimp in the middle, and finally put the eggplant!
