Spinach in Oyster Sauce
Overview
My family often eats spinach, usually mashed spinach with garlic, stir-fried spinach, spinach vermicelli, fungus mixed with spinach, and spinach noodles. In short, there are many kinds of spinach. This is the first time I made oil-consuming spinach. I think it is similar to oil-consuming lettuce, and there is only spinach at home, no lettuce...haha
