  1. Cut the pork chops bought in the supermarket into thick slices, slice them thinly (forgot to take pictures), then prepare teriyaki sauce (sugar, wine, soy sauce, lemon juice) and marinate overnight

  2. Coat in egg liquid first and then bread crumbs

  3. Fry at a low temperature of about 120 degrees for about 2 minutes. Use medium to low heat. The meat will become charred on the outside and undercooked on the inside at high temperatures.

  4. Place vegetables on the plate and cut the pork chops into strips.
