Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the two stalks and old stems from the snow peas, wash them and cut them in half diagonally.

Wash the red bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into thin slices.

Treat it the same way as yellow bell peppers.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

After the oil is heated, roast the red and yellow peppers over medium heat.

When the bell peppers just start to soften, add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry.

When the mushrooms begin to change color, add half a spoonful less salt. To prevent the pot from drying out, add a little water.
