Get the sausage ready

Cut into thin slices

Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and wash them. Cut into thin strips

Heat up the oil in a pan and sauté the sausage until fragrant

Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes

Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and black pepper and stir-fry for a while
