It’s my first time to try Sichuan peppercorn sprouts and it’s delicious to scramble eggs with them! I saw that Youqin served it raw, so I tried it too. It was very refreshing, but to be honest, I couldn’t get used to it!

  1. The pepper buds purchased online are carefully selected
