Wash the two pieces of meat and put them into the pot

Pour in water and cook the meat

Cut the washed meat into pieces, chop the green onion and ginger and set aside. Separate the fat and lean meat.

Pour in the peanut oil and heat it up, then add the ginger slices and stir-fry until the ginger aroma comes out.

Put the fat meat in the pot first, stir-fry until it turns yellow, then add the lean meat.

This step is to pour in the lean meat. Now look at the color of the fat meat. The steps are the same and stir-fry.

When the stir-frying is almost done, you can add the soy sauce. When the soy sauce is done, stir-fry the meat to fully color it.

After it is fully colored, you need to pour in water. There should be a little more water to prevent the meat from disappearing before it is cooked. Then just cover the pot, turn on the heat and cook.

Just add salt to the boiling water and stir-fry. The meat made this way is very delicious
