Homemade cold noodles
Overview
The simplest cold noodles are the favorite of the whole family, especially my daughter. It is perfect to eat cold noodles in summer like this.

Prepare ingredients: cucumber, ham (cut by my daughter), eggs, bean sprouts (drain and pick up)

Spread the egg skin, beat the eggs, put it in the pot over low heat without adding oil, pour it directly into the pot and spread it in a thin layer. The excess can be poured back into the bowl (my daughter’s eggs are not evenly beaten, haha😊, that’s it). After lifting the edges, use your hands to turn them over along the edges and fry them briefly.

After the noodles are cooked, pour them into cold water and drain them with a basket.

Crush the garlic, cut into pieces, add salt and cold water and mix well.

Take a larger basin, add noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, ham sausage, eggs, garlic water, vinegar, sesame oil, and mix well.

The baby’s quantity is a bit big😄

It’s ready to eat. If you like chili pepper, you can add more spiciness.
