This kind of braised rice is really my favorite. I like this kind of braised rice with distinct grains and a bit dry. Our place is actually called vegetable rice, which is the scientific name given to mixed stewed rice, right? The so-called assorted rice is just what ingredients are found in the refrigerator and put inside. The taste is simply awesome

Wash the rice, soak it for more than an hour, put the clams in a pot with a small amount of cold water, boil and process the ingredients, wash the dried fish, slice the pork belly, soak the dried razor clams in water, and cut the ginger and garlic into mince. You can cut the meatballs according to your mood, cut the cabbage into whole pieces, and cut the leeks and celery into sections.

Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the oil comes out. Add the minced ginger and garlic and continue to stir-fry for a while. When the minced ginger and garlic change color, add a spoonful of salt.
