Spinach Juice Meal Pack
Overview
Since making bread, I feel that I haven’t had a decent work. I thought this one is pretty good and I must post it. I made it a few days ago. It tastes very soft, and the spinach juice has a good coloring effect. It’s very beautiful and healthy!

Steps
-
Weigh well so the raw materials are ready
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then dry powder, mix well with chopsticks, let stand for 5 minutes, and then start a 30-minute dough mixing process.
-
When the dough is kneading for 15 minutes, add chopped butter and continue kneading.
-
After kneading, select a fermentation program. When the dough has doubled in size, poke a hole with your finger dipped in flour. If the hole does not shrink or deform, it will be fermented.
-
Take out the dough, press to deflate, divide into nine equal parts, roll into balls, and rest for 10 minutes.
-
Knead the dough again, put it into an eight-inch cake mold brushed with a layer of vegetable oil, and put it in the oven to ferment.
-
After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Heat up and down to 160 degrees for 30 minutes. In the middle, the upper and lower heat temperatures can be adjusted according to the roasting color.
-
After baking, take out and let cool.
-
Turn upside down and remove from the mold, brush with oil and it will be very easy to release.
