Low-fat red date cake
Overview
Junzhi’s red date cake is a muffin recipe. It's a bit strange why baking soda is added to the dates instead of the flour. However, let’s make it according to the original recipe. I didn't pay much attention to the size of the mold used by Junzhi. When I was installing the mold, I discovered that Junzhi's mold was relatively small, so I could make 12 cups. However, my mold was a bit larger, so I had to fit 6 cups, and the baking time also increased accordingly.

Prepare materials

Remove the pits from the red dates and chop into fine pieces
