Stir-fried fungus
Overview
I suddenly wanted to eat stir-fry in the restaurant, so I made it at home on a whim, and it tasted pretty good.

Prepare the required ingredients (green pepper, carrot, fungus, garlic, yellow onion, ginger)

A small handful of garlic

Cut into small pieces about three to four centimeters

Prepare shredded onion and ginger

Prepare a small bowl of sauce, add a little chicken essence, salt and sugar, as shown in the picture

Add a little soy sauce and vinegar (the amount of vinegar can be determined according to personal taste)

Heat up the wok, pour in the vegetable oil, and the oil temperature is 70% to 80% hot

Add chopped green onion and shredded ginger and stir-fry

Then add the sauce you just prepared and stir-fry

After stir-frying a few times, add the ingredients

Stir-fry until soft and serve.

The induction cooker I use at home does not heat as fast as gas, so I use stir-fry when cooking. You can use gas without turning it on too high.
