Prepare the side dishes, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the scallions and freeze them in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tomatoes.

Stir-fry over low heat until soft.

Add water to boil and add white jade mushrooms.

Bring to the boil again and cook for 2 minutes before adding the dough.

When the noodles are almost cooked, add green vegetables and add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for seasoning.
