Bacon Braided Bread
Overview
This bread was made at the request of the children, with their favorite bacon added, and they all loved it. Because the child's father is allergic to milk, no milk or milk powder was added to the bread this time, but the texture and taste were not compromised.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then powder, and start a dough mixing process.
-
After one dough kneading program is completed, add softened butter and start another dough kneading program. At this time, the expansion stage has been reached and basic fermentation is carried out.
-
Ferment until doubled in size, remove and deflate, divide into 12 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a tongue shape.
-
Roll one side out thinly.
-
Roll up into long strips.
-
Put every three strips together and braid them.
-
Make other dough in the same way and place it on a baking sheet lined with oil paper for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush with a layer of whole egg liquid, put on the bacon that has been cut in advance, squeeze on the salad dressing, and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
-
Put it into the middle rack of the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Bake until the surface is golden brown.
