Fondant Donuts
Overview
Fondant donuts, with pink chocolate coating and unique pink flowers, are very cute and should be decent as gifts. Recently, I discovered that my ability to take photos is really poor. I can’t express the beautiful things to their full potential. Should I take a photography training class?

-
Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on low speed.
-
Add 40 grams of powdered sugar and beat at medium speed until even and fluffy.

Add the beaten egg liquid in two batches and beat evenly at medium speed.
-
Sift together the low-gluten flour and baking powder, alternately pour the milk and egg custard into the egg custard mixture twice, and stir evenly.
-
Pour the mixed batter into a piping bag, squeeze it into the mold, and smooth the surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes.
-
Add 30 grams of boiling water to 27 grams of lace premixed powder. Use an electric mixer to beat at high speed until egg whites form wet peaks.
-
Use a spoon to spread the lace paste on the lace mold and spread it evenly with a scraper. It should be applied several times without leaving any gaps, otherwise it will break when demoulding.
-
Place in a dry and ventilated place to dry naturally. It is in a state where it does not stick to your hands and can be easily removed from the mold. Remember: Do not expose to the sun. I made it after eight o'clock and took it out of the mold after two o'clock in the afternoon. The room temperature was about 23 or 4 degrees Celsius. Unmold, this step is more critical. Carefully make a gap on the edge of the lace mold, and then carefully tear it open. Be patient, then place it upside down on the table, use a scraper to press your left hand and gently tear the lace mold apart.

Place the fondant at room temperature and knead it with your hands until it is as soft as an earlobe. Then use a toothpick to stick a little pigment paste and apply it on the fondant paste.
-
Knead the color paste evenly on the fondant paste.
-
Using a non-stick rolling pin, roll out the fondant paste into a thin cake.
-
Use fondant molds to press out the flowers.
-
Use the fondant tool on the sponge to make patterns.
-
Sprinkle powdered sugar to prevent sticking, and roll the fondant into a long strip.
-
Cut it into even pieces with a knife.
-
Using your thumbs, crush it into thin flakes.
-
Take one of them and roll it up as a flower core.
-
Then take another one, wrap it around the core of the flower, do not pinch it tightly at the closing point, then add the next piece, and so on. Finally, pinch all the petals tightly, and use a fondant tool to push the petals outward. A simulated rose.
-
Cut the bottom flat with scissors.
-
Take a small piece of fondant paste and roll it into a pancake with an anti-stick rolling pin. Cut into long strips with a knife.
-
Take a small strip of it, fold it, and use a fondant tool to press it into a concave shape in the middle.
-
Take another small strip, wrap it in the middle, and glue it underneath.
-
Melt the white chocolate over water.
-
Dip a toothpick into the coloring paste, add it to the melted chocolate, and stir evenly.
-
Dip the donuts into the chocolate and coat evenly with chocolate.
-
Decorate the donuts before the chocolate solidifies.
