Pour all the ingredients except water and honey into the meat filling. Use pure lean meat for the meat filling;

Beat vigorously with chopsticks;

Put the meat filling into a plastic bag and roll it out; line a baking sheet with oil paper, cut the plastic bag and spread the meat filling;

Preheat the oven to 180℃, put it in the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 10 minutes;

Take out the pork and brush a layer of honey water on the surface, turn it over. When turning it over, change it directly to the tin foil and continue to bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. After taking it out, test the dryness. If it is not dry, brush it with honey water and bake for another 3-5 minutes;
