Soft black sesame toast

I made black sesame toast for tomorrow’s breakfast. I don’t have to get up so early tomorrow morning~~

Bread machine, add liquid ingredients;

Add high flour and medium flour; put yeast and salt in two corners respectively;

Then add black sesame seeds;

Start the bread machine and start the dough mixing program; I did this program twice to let the dough come out;

Take out the dough, put some oil on your hands and divide it into three equal parts;

Use a rolling pin to roll it flat, roll it up, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes;

Roll it into a ox tongue shape again and roll it up from bottom to top;

Apply some oil to the mold and put the rolled dough in order;

Place in a warm, moist place for fermentation; ferment until 7 portions are full, then you can start baking

Heat up and down, 175 degrees, 25 minutes;

The program ends, comes out of the oven, buckles, and demolds;
