  1. Put all the milk, sugar and 50g cornstarch into a small milk pot.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Heat over low heat until the solution becomes thick and then turn off the heat.

  4. Cover the mold with plastic wrap, pour the milk paste into a bowl, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

  5. After it has solidified, take it out and pour it on a cutting board, and cut it into small pieces with a knife.

  6. Coat the fresh custard in the order of starch first, then egg liquid, and finally bread crumbs.

  7. Wrap as shown in the picture.

  8. Wrap everything and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

  9. After preheating the upper and lower tubes of the aca oven to 180 degrees, place it in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
