Prepare the ingredients: shred the meat, shred the green pepper, slice the ginger and garlic and set aside

Add a teaspoon of cooking wine, a little dark soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and a little salt to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Break up the shredded pork and fry until it changes color. Remove and set aside
