Braised pork belly with okra and taro
Overview
I happened to buy Lipu taro, and I have some okra at home. Although the dish with rich red sauce is appetizing and goes well with the meal. But eat heavy flavored dishes for a long time. It will make your sense of taste less sensitive. So it’s not bad to have some light health-conscious dishes once in a while. Taro is also a popular vegetable. When cooked with two ingredients, pork belly and taro will taste crispy and have a strong meat texture. Coupled with okra, a healthy ingredient, the dish is fragrant and relieves greasiness.
