Mung bean porridge
Overview
Mung beans have the effects of clearing away heat and promoting fluid production, detoxifying and reducing swelling; barley has the effects of clearing away heat and pus, detoxifying and nourishing the skin, strengthening the spleen and removing dampness. Wash the mung beans and soak them for 4 hours in advance.
