The main materials are ready;
Wash and chop the yellow-bone fish into small pieces, shred the ginger and set aside;
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant, then add the yellow-bone fish pieces and stir-fry over high heat;
Fry the fish pieces until they change color, then pour hot water to boil and transfer to the inner pot of the electric stew pot;
Here I used the old fire soup mode to simmer for 3 hours, then pressed the keep warm button to simmer overnight;
Use a strainer to filter out the bone paste and minced ginger, leaving the pure soup and simmering over low heat;
Then mix the starch with a little water, pour it into the fish soup and stir evenly until the starch is slightly thick;
Add a large amount of pepper, an appropriate amount of cooking wine and a little salt to taste. After stirring evenly, the soup part is completed;
Put the fine powder into the pot and cook briefly, then take it out, cool it and put it into a bowl;
Finally, pour the fish paste soup on the fine powder, sprinkle with minced green onion, minced mustard, and dried shrimps, and then eat it with fried dough sticks~
