  4. Because green peppers are not easy to fry, it is recommended to pour a tablespoon of water, and steam will quickly form in the pot. Continue adding a tablespoon of water until completely evaporated. Until the green pepper is soft and the skin is slightly white

  5. Pour in half-cooked shredded potatoes and a little light soy sauce. Be gentle when turning to avoid breaking the potato shreds.
