  3. Put the torn oyster mushrooms in a pot and bake them over low heat, because if there is too much water in the pan, they will fry, which is very dangerous. You can also let them dry and try not to get any water in them.

  4. To make the batter, let the baked oyster mushrooms cool slightly and then pour them into the batter. Stir with chopsticks to make them evenly batter. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 30% to 40% hot, add the battered oyster mushrooms. The first frying is to set the shape.
