Golden and Silver Egg Asparagus
Overview
This dish doesn't use many ingredients, but it tastes great. The two kinds of eggs are fried to remove the astringency, and the asparagus absorbs the salty and fresh flavor in the soup, making it soft, waxy and fragrant.

Smash the garlic and chop the preserved eggs and salted duck eggs into cubes.

Add a little oil to the pot, add chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.

After the egg cubes have absorbed the oil and flavor, add water to cover the egg cubes and bring to a boil, simmer for a while, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste, and turn off the heat.
