Orange cake roll
Overview
One day, my daughter and I were just at home, so we made this mini roll, one for each person, eating cake and watching a movie. It was very comfortable. This recipe is suitable for an 8-inch square baking pan

Beat 2 egg yolks + 10g sugar until the sugar melts

Add 40g of freshly squeezed juice and beat evenly

Add 30g salad oil and mix well

Sift in 40g of low flour

Mix until there are no lumps and the batter is smooth, set aside

Add a little salt to the egg whites and beat into a rough foam, then add 25g of sugar in three batches and beat until long, curved wet peaks form

Take half of the egg white cream and egg yolk paste and mix it evenly

Then pour the egg yolk mixture mixed above into the remaining meringue basin

Mix evenly

Pour into an 8-inch square plate

Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and cool down

80g whipping cream + 10g sugar, whip and spread on the cooled cake body
