Prepare ingredients.

Soak the mushrooms in flour and salt for ten minutes, remove and wash.

Wash the cabbage leaves and tear them into small florets.

Prepare spicy millet and ginger.

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, blanch the mushrooms for 3 minutes.

Cut the ginger into shreds and cut the millet into small rings.

Slice blanched mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and millet and stir-fry evenly.
