Wash the pork liver and cut into thin slices, put it on a colander and rinse it with running water to remove any blood foam, and drain off the water.

Put it in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut garlic sprouts into sections.
