Colorful nutritious fried rice
Overview
I was too busy today and didn’t buy groceries. I just made something but I was worried that my daughter would not feel comfortable eating it, so I made this fried rice. It is delicious, nutritious and easy to make. My daughter likes it very much!

Prepare pork tenderloin, diced mushrooms, diced tofu and diced green onions and set aside.

Blanch sweet corn kernels, green edamame kernels and diced carrots in boiling water and set aside.

Cooked rice.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil, sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant, then add the pork tenderloin and stir-fry.

Place diced mushrooms, diced tofu, sweet corn kernels, green edamame beans and diced carrots into the pot in sequence.

Add cooked rice and a little salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
