Overview
I like to eat raw salmon, but my mother doesn’t dare to eat it. It’s also good to make a simple pan-fried salmon!

Shred onions and ginger and set aside

After cutting the salmon into pieces, add shredded onion, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cooking wine, and water starch
