  1. Mix Orleans powder and pepper powder, and mix dark soy sauce and cooking wine. 

  2. Poke a few holes in the chicken legs with a toothpick or score two or three times with a knife to allow the marinade to absorb the flavor. 

  3. Coat the chicken legs in the cooking wine and dark soy sauce. 

  4. Then marinate the chicken legs in Orleans flour for two hours. It would be better if it can be marinated overnight. Remember to put it in the refrigerator in summer. 

  5. Chicken legs marinated.

  6. Apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the pot, then cover with scallion leaves, add a spoonful of water, then put the chicken legs into the pot and cook in rice cooking mode for about 40 minutes. 

  7. The fragrant Orleans chicken legs are ready, and my daughter eats them with gusto.
