Fried dumplings

Overview

The fried dumplings sold outside cost eighty or ninety cents for a small one, which I really can’t afford! Doing it yourself is not only cost-effective but also clean.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: carrots and fungus. I used them to make boiled dumplings, but didn’t put them in fried dumplings

  2. Chop the meat into pieces

  3. Chop the frozen pork skin into pieces and mix well with the meat. Season with seasonings

  4. Take a dumpling wrapper and place it in the middle

  5. Fold in half and pinch in the middle

  6. Wrap one side first

  10. Heat the oil in the pot slightly, arrange the dumplings and forget to pat them for a while. Pour the prepared water starch into the pot until half of the dumplings are covered.

  11. Fry until only oil remains in the pan, flip the dumplings over to see if there is yellow rice dumplings
