Mash the steamed purple sweet potato into a puree, add sugar, (I forgot to do the above, the yeast needs to be washed with warm water first, and beat two eggs beforehand.) and white flour yeast together.

The live noodles are fermented. This is fermented.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces. Roll out into a thin crust.

Six slices, stacked on top of each other. Use the back of a knife to press in the middle, roll it up from top to bottom, and cut it from the middle.

With a little bit of hand work, the roses are in full bloom. Allow to ferment for ten minutes before steaming.

This is ready to be steamed. Not bad! Can be used as a snack.
