【Breakfast for students】Milk oatmeal snack pack
Overview
The milk oatmeal snack bag has a little bit of whole wheat bread flour and oatmeal added. The texture is a little less delicate and feels a bit like multi-grain bread~ The snack bag is made the day before, heated slightly the next morning, and paired with black rice porridge and cucumber salad, it is your child's breakfast!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials. Wash the raw oatmeal and soak it in warm water. I forgot to take a photo!
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, knead it into a dough, add the butter, continue to start the kneading process, and knead the dough into a rough film. (Leave a little oatmeal for the surface)
-
After the dough is kneaded, perform basic fermentation until it has almost doubled in size. You can see the oatmeal particles!
-
Deflate the fermented dough and knead it evenly, then divide it into 12 equal parts.
-
Knead 12 pieces of dough into rounds and put them into molds for secondary fermentation.
-
After completing the second fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash. At this point preheat the oven to 160°C.
-
Sprinkle with rolled oats.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
-
When baking for the last 5 minutes, adjust the temperature of the upper and lower tubes according to changes in color. Cool naturally after baking.
-
After cooling, seal the meal bag and store it in the refrigerator. The next day, heat it in the oven or microwave, then add it with milk or porridge, and you have a delicious breakfast!
