Overview
Small crispy pork is a famous traditional dish that is crispy, tender and refreshing. When a bowl of crispy pork comes out of the pot, it is crispy but not rotten and the aroma is overflowing. It tastes delicious and soupy. After my children ate this dish in Xi'an, they never forgot it for a long time. Later, a classmate from Xi'an specially brought it to his family to satisfy his craving. Later, I learned to make this dish, and my children praised it.
