Garlic Spicy Crayfish
Overview
There are many flavors of crayfish out there. I prefer spicy and garlic flavors, so I combined the two flavors, but the taste is still good.

Wash the crayfish and set aside.

Seasoning is ready.

Take the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic first.

Add the chili and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry the seasoning until fragrant.

After the seasonings are stir-fried, add the lobster and stir-fry (add some salt when frying the shrimp to facilitate the flavor). After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. (I like to simmer it for a little longer to kill the bacteria.)

Just add a little light soy sauce to taste before serving.
