Scones are a quick snack that can be made either sweet or salty. It is rare to buy thin chives. Chives and cheese also go well together. As an afternoon tea snack, they are great with a cup of coffee or milk

Prepare materials; put flour and bran into a basin; chop green onions;

Dice cheese

Take the butter out of the refrigerator without softening it. Cut it into small pieces and mix it with the flour. The flour will look like loose cornmeal

Pour the evenly kneaded flour onto the chopping board, add fine sugar and baking powder, and pour in the milk

Use a spatula to mix the powder and milk in batches; add chives and cheese

Knead the flour and cheese into a ball, do not knead it; wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes

Take out the refrigerated dough and flatten it slightly with a rolling pin; divide it into 8 parts with a spatula

Brush the surface of the dough with egg wash

Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, middle rack, for 20 minutes

When the time comes, take it out and eat it while hot. It tastes good, crispy and delicious
