Fried Beef with Green Beans

Today's beef was marinated in beer and was very tender. It was delicious with the tender green beans.

Green beans, beef.

Slice the beef, mix well with the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes. Cut some carrots, shredded ginger, garlic slices, green onion, and tear off the old tendons of the green beans.

Cook the green beans in a pot of boiling water.

Take it out, rinse it in cold water, and cut it with a diagonal knife.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir-fry for a while.

Wait until it changes color completely and set aside.

Heat a little oil in the pan, add carrots and fry until soft.

Then add the green beans and fry them.

Add a little salt and stir well.
