Prepare two carrots that are not too thick and half an onion

Slice carrots and set aside

Cut onions into rings and set aside

After washing the squid rings, blanch them in boiling water for one minute

Remove and set aside

Sauté ginger slices in a wok

Add onions and sauté until slightly soft

Add carrot slices and stir-fry until cooked

Finally, add the squid rings, pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry for one minute. After turning off the heat, add salt and black pepper and stir evenly.
