  1. Prepare two carrots that are not too thick and half an onion

  4. After washing the squid rings, blanch them in boiling water for one minute

  6. Sauté ginger slices in a wok

  7. Add onions and sauté until slightly soft

  8. Add carrot slices and stir-fry until cooked

  9. Finally, add the squid rings, pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry for one minute. After turning off the heat, add salt and black pepper and stir evenly.
