Braised Chicken Legs with Hazel Mushrooms
Overview
In the past, green peppers were not used when making stewed potatoes with hazel mushrooms, but because of the braised chicken inspiration, and even the ones made at the doorstep stores, green peppers were added. It really tastes very good and has a refreshing aroma!

Wash the chicken and boil it in hot water! Remove the grease! Wash and cut potatoes at the same time!

Because I was afraid that the hazelnut mushrooms would not be particularly clean, I simply blanched the hazelnut mushrooms!

Stir-fry the onion and ginger in the pot, then stir-fry the chicken, add the hazelnut mushrooms, add water to the potatoes and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat!

After the potatoes are cooked, add green and red peppers and add the prepared seasoning! Remove from the pot after cooking
