Make sure to add 500g of flour and 250g of water with a little salt (for gluten enhancement). Knead it the night before, divide it into small balls (the size of an electric cake pan), brush the surface with oil, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until the next day.

Take out the dough that has been left overnight, press it with your hands, and then gently pull it around until it becomes a thin film.

Brush oil on the dough, add some jam and sprinkle some sugar. Then fold the edges back to cover. Heat oil in a pan and place the folded dough in the pan and fry until done. Mine is banana (sliced) sprinkled with sugar.
