Chive cheese salty bread
Overview
I am extremely lazy and it is not easy to make bread. Now that I have two children, I have no time to eat. Niuniu was surprisingly good yesterday, so she borrowed 2 cheese slices from her boss and made this bread. I originally wanted to make it sweet, but my dad said it was too sweet for my taste. Well, let’s make it salty. Anyway, I’m not picky about food, so any flavor will do.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature.
-
Add water, eggs, sugar, and salt to the bread bucket.
-
Then add flour, then yeast, and start the kneading process.
-
End the kneading program for about 18 minutes, add butter, and start the program again.
-
After two procedures, the dough can stretch out the film.
-
Then ferment until it doubles in size, just poke a hole with your finger and it will not shrink back.
-
Remove dough and deflate.
-
Then divide into portions of about 30g, roll into balls, and let stand for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare cheese slices.
-
Wash the chives and cut into pieces.
-
Place the chives and cheese slices in a small bowl, cover with hot water to soften, then stir well.
-
After 10 minutes, take a small piece of dough and roll it into a beef tongue shape with a rolling pin.
-
Top with chive cheese mixture.
-
Roll it up from one end to look like in the picture.
-
Then cut it in half with a knife.
-
Prepare a baking sheet and brush with a thin layer of olive oil.
-
Place the bread dough into the baking pan. Carry out secondary fermentation.
-
The fermented bread dough is very plump and obviously enlarged in volume. Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle with chopped chives and white sesame seeds. Bake the oven at 180 degrees, with upper and lower heat, for 20 minutes.
