  1. Wash and dry the pomfret after removing its internal organs, and cut a knife on its back

  2. Cut the green onion into sections, shred the ginger, and dice the red bell pepper (you can omit it for color matching)

  3. Spread shredded ginger and scallions on top and bottom of the pomfret, stuff some into the belly, and pour a little cooking wine

  4. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, steam over high heat for 5 or 7 minutes. Then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes

  5. After steaming, pour out the remaining soup, remove the onion knots and shredded ginger

  6. Drizzle the steamed fish with soy sauce and sprinkle with red bell pepper

  7. Pour oil into the pot, heat until hot and smoking, then pour it on the pomfret
