Snow puff
Overview
This is my first time making puffs, because they are classified as high-calorie ones by me, but my husband asked to eat them, well, he is not afraid of getting fat anyway! Not to mention it tastes really good, it’s much tastier than the ones outside!

Steps
-
Put water, salt, sugar and butter into the pot
-
Place on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring slowly
-
When it boils, pour in all the flour and stir quickly with chopsticks to completely mix the flour and water. Then move the pot to the table and use chopsticks to spread the batter to dissipate heat
-
When the batter has cooled down to a point where it is not too hot, you can add the eggs. Be careful to add a small amount at a time
-
Use chopsticks to mix thoroughly until all the eggs are absorbed into the batter, then add another layer
-
Add until the batter is lifted up with chopsticks and the batter takes on the shape of an inverted triangle
-
Put the piping tip into the piping bag, put it on the cup, and then pour all the batter into it
-
Cut the front of the piping bag
-
Spread evenly on the baking sheet
-
Dip the back of a spoon into egg liquid and smooth the surface of each one
-
Place the baking sheet into a preheated 200-degree oven. Bake for about 10 minutes. At this time, the puffs have expanded. Then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and continue baking for 20-30 minutes, until the surface is brown and ready to be baked
-
Melt the chocolate coins in hot water
-
Then spread some chocolate on top of each one and dip it into the coconut
-
Whisk 200g whipped cream with 20g sugar
-
Put it into a piping bag, make sure to put a small round nozzle inside the piping bag
-
Use chopsticks to poke a hole in the bottom of the puff
-
Just squeeze the cream in
