Overview

Occasionally stir-fry a plate of tintin dishes like this. The colorful ones look very appetizing. I don’t have a variety of vegetables at home, so I only made three colors instead of colorful ones today, but they still tasted good. If you like any vegetables, you can cut them up and add some meat. This will make it richer in nutrition and color.

  2. Peel off the corn kernels and wash them. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into cubes. Peel the cucumbers, wash them and cut them into cubes. Chop the garlic

  3. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and oil, blanch the corn kernels and carrots for 3 minutes
