Blackened Fish Fillet with Winter Bamboo Shoots
Overview
The black fish fillets and winter bamboo shoots were quickly stir-fried together. I also added some pickled vegetables to make the taste even more delicious!

First take out the black fish fillets and marinate them with cooking wine, salt, ginger juice and cornstarch for a while

Blanch winter bamboo shoots and then cut into thin slices

Chop the pickled vegetables and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add more oil

Put the mermaid fillets in oil first, take them out after changing color and set aside

Leave some oil in the pot, add bamboo shoots and pickled vegetables and stir-fry

Add some salt and sugar and stir well
