Hanging Frost Peanuts

Prepare materials
Heat oil in a pan
You can fry peanuts in the oven, I don’t have one
My peanuts seem to be fried just right now, but when I put them in the pan to stir-fry the sugar, they were a bit overcooked
Put the starch in the pot and fry until cooked, otherwise it will taste like cornstarch
Pour the sugar and water into the pot, boil the sugar over medium heat, then slowly simmer over low heat
Cook until the sugar liquid becomes thick and there are big bubbles on the surface
Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry until each peanut is coated with sugar. Since the reaction in the pot is faster in this step, I forgot to take a picture of the fried peanuts, and the picture is not clear
Just fry it like this. I'm a novice and the masters will wrap it in more icing
Eat it!
