Halloween Scream Pizza
Overview
A few days ago, Chenchen told me that he wanted to eat pizza. Over the years, I have made pizza twice, once with a ready-made base, and once with a thick base made using a Petrus bread machine. Not long ago, I attended an olive oil event at a friend's company and met a pizza master. I followed him throughout the process to see how the master made pizza. The speed of making it and the deliciousness were amazing. Wow, the ultra-thin crust and very few ingredients are usually baked in a kiln in the store. I think the temperature is over 400 degrees. It only takes a few dozen seconds to make a delicious pizza. The crust tastes very soft. The kiln for baking pizza has a temperature of 400 to 500 degrees Celsius. The kiln can be used to keep the heat very well, and the temperature remains stable when the oven door is opened. High temperature can help the dough to expand instantly without adding baking soda to help it rise and maintain the aroma of fermentation. So I made two pizzas this time and did an experiment with one first. I turned the temperature up to 230 degrees to see what the results would be? Experiments have shown that my cake base may be slightly thicker than the master's, and the middle layer should not be placed on the bottom layer. The final product is fine except for the cheese on top being slightly browned. It took about 10 minutes, and I kept observing during the process. I can clearly see that the dough is rising rapidly and the olive oil is sizzling. The second time I set the temperature to 180 degrees and baked it for 15 minutes, which is just right. This PE538 from Petrus 6 The temperature is still very good. The M-shaped heating tube increases the heating area. The diamond back panel and the energy-concentrated double-glazed door have a very good heat preservation effect. The electronic display knob can accurately see the temperature, which is very convenient. You can adjust the time and temperature at will, which is more flexible. Look at the finally baked pizza, which is golden and evenly colored.
