Knead the dough with warm water, knead it until smooth and let it sit for 20 minutes

When the dough is proofing, make the pastry. Mix the flour, cooking oil and salt evenly

Divide the dough evenly into two rounds

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 3mm

Spread the pastry on the dough sheet, sprinkle with chopped green onion and salt

Roll up the dough sheet from top to bottom and roll tightly

Pinch the interface tightly

With the joint facing down, flatten the long strip of dough

Cut it into two, leaving the top part uncut

With the cut facing upwards, bring the two sides together

Disk into cake shape

Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 20 minutes

Finally, roll the pancake into a pancake. This step begins: Separate the pancake with oil paper and freeze it in the refrigerator. Take it out for breakfast. You can proceed to the next step of baking in a pan without thawing
