Fried rice cake with minced meat and tomatoes

My daughter really likes fried rice cakes, and she added tomatoes, which she likes, and kept saying it was delicious, delicious, haha, minced meat was added, it was fresh and fragrant.

Cut the red and green peppers, chive roots and ginger shreds together, and put the green onion leaves separately.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the red and green peppers, green onions and ginger over low heat.
